Built specifically for cars competing in the SFWD / AWD classes, our 1,400HP+ rated air-to-air intercooler has been race proven for years now by many top level SFWD / XFWD / AWD racers running 7 second passes at 190+mph.
NEW for Summer 2026 we have updated this product with new CFD designed Billet Endtanks and Tube Ends!
It combines our MASSIVE 6" thick core with our trick CFD designed ultra low-profile CNC machined billet 6061-T6 endtanks with internal charge air guides that improve flow over the entire intercooler core surface as well as strengthen the endtank.
We've also upgraded the inlets from standard rolled tubing to thick wall CNC machined billet tube ends with a machined bead roll profile that allows for easy coupler installation and will allow you to tighten your T-bolt clamps without any risk of tube deformation or couplers slipping off under the extreme boost levels these drag cars run.
Our unique intercooler design allows you to achieve maximum cooling effectiveness with a smaller package than others, opening up valuable space in the front end of your race car for other components.
This intercooler is efficiently cooling intake air temperatures for many cars currently in competition, generating very high boost levels in excess of 60+ psi.
All units ship complete with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the face of the core and come with M8x1.25mm aluminum mounting bungs already attached for easy installation.
Vibrant Performance Vanjen clamps are also available upon request for faster, more secure charge pipe connections. Please call or email us before you place your order if you would like the Vanjen flanges welded to your intercooler because it will require building a custom intercooler.
