Oil Pump Conversion Kit to fit K20 RSX Type S Oil Pump to K24/K20Z3 Block
This kit includes all the components needed to install a PRB K20A2 Type S Oil Pump onto K24A and K20Z3 engine blocks, except the oil pump itself. Click HERE if you need a PRB Type S Oil Pump.
Kit Includes:
- OEM K20A2 Oil Pump Chain
- OEM K20A2 Chain Guide
- OEM K20A2 Baffle Plate
- All necessary mounting bolts for the oil pump and accessories
- Bolt and washer for oil feed passage block-off
Compatibility:
This kit is compatible with most K24A and K20Z3 engines, including:
- K24A1 / K24A2 / K24A3 / K24A4 / K24A8
- JDM K24A engines (up to 2008)
Important Notes:
- Installation onto K24A1 block requires no pump trimming. K20Z3 and other K24A blocks will require our notched PRB Oil Pump, AVAILABLE HERE.
- Some engine blocks may require tapping to accept the provided block-off bolt that replaces the oil jet. In cases where the block does not accept the supplied bolt (example K24A2, K24A4, K20Z3), a similar-sized bolt with the correct thread pitch (M8 x 1.25 x 25mm) should be used.
- The factory K24 oil pump tensioner must be reused on K24A blocks.
- For K20Z3 engines, you must modify your existing tensioner or use the K24A/K20A2 oil pump tensioner (part #13450-RAA-A02).
- This kit is NOT compatible with K24Z Series Engine Blocks without significant end-user modifications.
