This Disclaimer is a legally binding contract between Speedfactory and it’s paying customers. This disclaimer maybe updated form time to time without any notice.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Any unopened and unused products may be returned within two weeks of purchase. Only unopened and unused product will be accepted. A full refund equal to the sales price of the returned product will be given, minus a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be apporoved by a Speedfactory employee.

Send all returns by UPS with insured receipt for your protection. If you live near Speedfactory, you can also return the product to them and credit the cost towards our professional services.

BACKORDERS

We will make every effort to ship orders as soon as they are received. Any product that is out of stock will be shipped to you as it becomes available for shipment. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail of the estimated ship date. Charges for backordered items will not be applied to your credit card until it is actually shipped to you. There is no need to reorder.

SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
