Battle of the Imports 2009 “Woodburn, OR”

This past September the SpeedFactory crew and friend traveled down to Woodburn Oregon for the 2009 Battle of the Imports. It was great to meet/talk with everyone down in Oregon again for sure, the atmosphere at Woodburn is always great.  We had great success in the S/C class and the S/P class with 2 of our cars as well as many other cars filling the fields.

Results wise, there were a lot of personal bests from our camp which was very exciting -

Kevin Kempf – 9.68 @ 161mph (S/C winner)
Joel Sipes – 10.81 @ 127mph (S/P winner)
Bob Stormer – 10.02 @ 146mph (26psi)
Bryce Williams – 10.44 @ 140mph (20psi)
Frank Hedlund – 10.5x @ 135mph (17psi)
